Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Veeko. We take great care in ensuring our traditional food products reach you fresh and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Location Estimated Delivery Time
Local (Pondicherry/Villupuram) 2–3 Business Days
South India (Tamil Nadu, KL, KA, AP, TS) 3–5 Business Days
Rest of India 5–7 Business Days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics or weather conditions.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

     

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages & Handling

  • Veeko is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team with photos of the packaging.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. (OR: Contact us for international inquiries.)
